New Cover, New Contract & The Call...Oh My

Today shall forever be known as Super Duper Monday! Seriously my lovely blog friends, today comes second only to my own Call! I can honestly say, I’ve had a sappy grin on my face since this morning (it’s now nearly 10pm UK) time. If you’re on Twitter, then you probably know some of the squee-worthy news already. If you haven't heard, let me break it down for you…

First and most squee-worthy of all, my FABULOUS CP, Sri Pammi, sold her fantastic story to Harlequin Presents in a two-book deal. Having had the honour and privilege of reading Sri’s work, I can honestly say her readers are in for an incredible treat. Super, super congrats, Sri!!

Secondly, I have contract news, yayyy! So my first contract was for two books and since Book 2 sold last Thursday, I was officially out of contract. But my wonderful editor, whom I love, love, LOVE, has offered me a four-book contract, which I’ve happily accepted! So between now and next October, I get to write four more Harlequin Presents, and seriously, I’m so thrilled, I’m worse than a five-year old in a sweet factory!

Then last but not least, my fantastic Monday capped off with a first glimpse of my very first Harlequin Presents Cover!!! I gasped so loud when it popped into my inbox this afternoon, I think the whole floor at the day job heard me, lol.

The cover is so, so fitting for my racing driver, take-no-crap heroine, Sasha, I can’t even tell you. And the best endorsement of all, my Ferrari loving daughter squealed when she saw her favourite car on Mummy's book. As we say in these parts...Result!!!

The wonderful cover gods aka, the marketing gurus at Harlequin have indeed answered my prayers with this cover.

I ADORE IT!
